Description: An unposted opportunity with a collegial firm in Atlanta is seeking to add a Healthcare Litigation Associate to its team. The practice group is led by former AmLaw attorneys who were seeking a change of pace while maintaining the sophistication of their practice.

Details:
- Experience: 3 years in healthcare litigation, with deposition and courtroom experience.
- Skills: Strong writing skills; experience handling Certificate of Need matters is strongly preferred.
- Salary: Base salary of $207,500 , along with a full range of benefits.
- Hours Requirement: 1850 hours annually, with a quarterly bonus structure based on hours billed.
- Consideration: Commercial Litigation Associates interested in focusing their practice on healthcare will also be considered.
