🔹 Represent healthcare clients in litigation and regulatory matters.
🔹 Handle complex cases, including healthcare fraud, False Claims Act defense, and reimbursement disputes.
🔹 Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal arguments.
🔹 Engage in motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
🔹 Stay updated on healthcare regulations and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
✔️ 2 years of litigation experience (preferably in healthcare law).
✔️ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
✔️ Licensed to practice law in Georgia (or eligible for admission).
