LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an organization in Tempe. This company is looking to add a full time customer service representative to their growing team. This job will have a schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday. The first several weeks of training will be fully in office at their Tempe site. After you are trained, the role moves to a hybrid schedule. The starting pay is 18/hr.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for business customers reaching out for assistance with facilities issues in their commercial buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to take inbound phone calls, provide outstanding customer service, and efficiently address or route requests for maintenance and repair services.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for business customers reaching out for assistance with facilities issues in their commercial buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to take inbound phone calls, provide outstanding customer service, and efficiently address or route requests for maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from business customers regarding facilities issues at their commercial properties
- Gather necessary information and troubleshoot or resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule maintenance or repair services with the appropriate vendors or field teams
- Document customer interactions and service requests accurately in our system
- Provide timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
- Work with internal teams to escalate issues that require more complex solutions
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment, ideally with a focus on business or commercial clients
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and empathetically
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work one of the following schedules: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Ability to work in-office for the first several weeks of training
