Job Title : Commercial Leasing Assistant

Job Description :
In this role, you will work closely with senior executives in the commercial division and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to review, edit, and process commercial leases with precision. Flexibility, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective tenants through outreach efforts
- Coordinate and occasionally lead property tours for potential clients and brokers
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements and related legal documents
- Ensure compliance with company leasing strategies and guidelines
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of leasing activities, documentation, and communications
- Participate in the attorney review process, including drafting and reviewing key legal documents such as :
- Lease agreements
- Lease addendums and amendments
- Letters of intent
- Requests for proposal
- Estoppels and / or subordination and non-disturbance agreements
- Assignments and assumptions
- Lease modifications and abstracts
