POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our retail partnerships, ensuring the seamless distribution of products through various retail channels, and driving growth and visibility within those channels.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze retail performance data, consumer trends, and competitor activity. Provide actionable insights to senior management for optimizing retail strategies.
Retail Marketing: Oversee and manage relationships with key retail partners to maximize sales, optimize product placement, and ensure efficient product availability.
Product Distribution: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate product shipments, and ensure timely delivery to retail partners.
Sales Support & Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align retail strategies with overall business goals. Develop tailored promotional activities to boost retail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
- 3-5 years of previous sales or marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
