S.E.M Security Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive success and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will generate new leads, educate potential customers on our security solutions, and close sales.

The role involves:

• Conducting door-to-door sales to residential and commercial prospects in the Ramsey area.
• Presenting and explaining S.E.M Security Systems' products and services to potential customers.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable security solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and marketing of security systems.
• Customer relationship building and maintenance.
• Generating new leads and converting them into sales.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior sales experience or a strong interest in sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
• Other:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
