Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation providers for timely shipping and receiving
- Oversee inventory levels, reducing shortages and ensuring stock availability
- Maintain compliance with ISO manufacturing standards
- Work closely with internal teams to manage finished goods inventory
- Monitor warehouse operations, identifying improvement opportunities
- Prepare and provide international shipping documentation as needed
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of warehouse experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred)
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Basic understanding of inventory control and shipping procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate records
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: experience with logistics software and international shipping processes)
