Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate fencing installations and repairs
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and project details
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure efficient scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and update job schedules as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Qualifications:
* MUST be bilingual*
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling or administrative work (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer applications (email, scheduling software, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
