Position Summary:
As the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator, you will handle scheduling, dispatch, and logistics functions while supporting administrative tasks and sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Melbourne office team, ensuring seamless coverage and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, jobs, and dispatch operations.
- Support logistics and administrative functions for the Melbourne office.
- Provide exceptional customer service and upselling support.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Perform light graphic design tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scheduling, dispatch, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outgoing, positive attitude with excellent customer service and sales skills.
