Position Overview:
Flight and Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for the operational control, international operations, and flight tracking of all aircraft according to the company and departmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight operations for aircraft management in compliance with FAR Part 91 standards.
- Arrange and coordinate services such as FBO notifications, fuel, catering, hangar, aircraft cleaning, and after-hours/weekend support.
- Monitor leased aircraft at Fly Exclusive, including tracking maintenance and updating the Director of Managed Aircraft Services on any issues, ensuring finances are deposited, and handling additional duties as assigned.
- Track and report on maintenance, aircraft hours, payments, and movements for all aircraft.
- Gather and manage expenses of trips including, but not limited to, crew, passengers, and aircraft for client invoicing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Managed Aircraft Services and upper management.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Comply with FAA regulations.
- Adhere to all Customs and Government Agency rules and regulations, both domestic and international.
Workplace Collaboration:
- Partner with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and timely.
- Effectively communicate with employees, throughout all departments, to foster collaboration, productivity, understanding, and a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED required. College degree or higher education preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Systems.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask, collect information, analyze data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a timely manner.
- Ability to work as a team player in a high-pressure environment.

- Sitting/standing/moving around for long periods of time

- Monday – Thursday, 7AM to 6PM
- Friday – Sunday, as needed on call, per rotating schedule
