Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various applicator techniques. This role involves applying treatments for lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance, ensuring that all applications are performed safely and effectively. The Applicator will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Duties
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and landscapes according to established guidelines.
- Operate machinery, power tools, and hand tools effectively and safely.
- Conduct assessments of lawns and landscapes to determine treatment needs.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine checks and repairs as necessary.
- Drive to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about services rendered and recommendations for ongoing care.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding pesticide application and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with machinery and power tools is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques related to landscaping services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
