Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
Oversee professional development of team members
Perform tax compliance and planning activities for a varied client portfolio
Perform tax returns for individuals, partnerships, etc.
Conduct tax planning and research
Participate in business development activities and achieve revenue targets

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of recent public accounting experience focused on tax

CPA or Enrolled Agent is a plus

Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn

Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in tax preparation, research, and planning software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
