What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Liberty Tax?
Responsiblities include:
Answering incoming calls and assisting clients. Will need to make appointments, assist clients with file status and/or answer general questions. Also, will make outbound calls to existing clients to schedule appointments and conduct follow up calls.
Will be asked to assist office manager in assembling client folders, scanning, filing and other clerical duties.
Will provide paid training on our systems and programs.
No tax experience required, good customer service skills is a must.
This is a part time, seasonal position.
