- Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from discovery through trial?
- Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
- Can you take and defend expert depositions?

Qualifications
- 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
