Events Coordinator - Marketing Location Address : Twin Towers, 5343 Hamilton Avenue, College Hill, Ohio, 45224 Schedule : Full Time - Monday to Friday The Event Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to planning marketing events.
Acts as facilitator and communicates with various departments and outside partners to ensure a successful event. Implements and administers Alice program with new and current residents.
This position requires strong communication with team members, residents and family members. The Event Coordinator is responsible for :
- Plans and facilitates prospect events with dining and other departments to include invitations, reservations etc.
- Handles USI internal room booking system details.
- Builds relationships with incoming residents and families.
- Plans and assists with execution of events, to include lead generation opportunities.
- Handles new resident orientation and engagement.
- Assists staff with a variety of projects and requests with a focus on sales, marketing and hospitality.
- Conducts tours of the facility.
- Provides coverage for Sales department front desk in the absence of Administrative Assistant.
- Responsible for new AL / IL move in coordination.
- Responsible for new resident orientation.
Position requirements
- High School Diploma. College degree in related field preferred.
- Related experience in marketing, sales and event planning and / or customer service preferred.
- Experience in a continuing care retirement community a plus.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Demonstrates initiative along with excellent organizational skills.
- High level of patience and compassion for others.
