Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Previous experience in the criminal justice field and/or outpatient/inpatient treatment services preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word,
Excel, & Access).
