What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant position at THE MAGNOLIA SCHOOL LLC?
We are looking to hire a Receptionist to manage and handle front desk operations at our school. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting families during drop off and pick up daily, answering the phone and delivering messages, managing emails, providing school information to potential families and answering parent questions. In addition, supporting teachers by helping with copies, delivering orders and keeping the school running smoothly will be required.

This position can be part-time or full-time and will closely follow a school schedule. Some work during school closures may be required.
