The most recent example of this is our suite of digital / virtual events. From Webinars and Expos to Podcasts and various other Industry Events, these tactics provide a fantastic platform for our clients and audience to engage in a meaningful way. To keep up with the demand for these products and services we need to add a Project Coordinator - Digital Events in our Erie, PA office.
This entry level position will be responsible for supporting the efficient, seamless delivery of online events through day-to-day task execution. The Project Coordinator helps ensure Life Science Connect and our sponsors realize maximum value from their investments. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following :
Responsibilities :
- Execute assigned tasks throughout the project’s lifecycle and communicate on the progress of all assigned tasks in a timely fashion
- Write and distribute project-related messages, such as memos and status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams that include a diverse range of personalities and skills
- Support project team members by helping them complete tasks where needed to meet project milestones
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and project-related events with team members
- Update and organize project files including materials and reports
