Life Skills Autism Academy is a leading expert in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), offering individualized, one-on-one programs for children under the age of 6.
But we aren’t like most other EIBI providers. We also have services for individuals over 6 at Centria Autism here in Indiana too.
Our highly-trained clinicians help young children with autism improve communication abilities, daily living skills, and essential social behaviors. Our mission is to help more children with autism write their own success stories through our high-commitment, center-based ABA Therapy programs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BCBA located in Greenwood, IN. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, oversee and provide training to ABA therapists, and conduct assessments. The role also involves delivering parent education sessions to ensure consistency in therapy, data analysis, creating progress reports, and collaborating with other professionals to optimize treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
