Your work will directly impact individuals managing chronic conditions by expanding Lifeblood's reach and educational resources while simultaneously growing Gaia Software's market presence. This position allows you to leverage business acumen for both social impact and commercial success, creating sustainable funding for life-changing health initiatives while helping scale innovative software solutions to new markets and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
For Lifeblood Health Foundation:
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, insurance providers, and patient advocacy organizations to expand Lifeblood's educational platform reach
- Create and implement fundraising strategies including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional support
- Identify and secure revenue-generating opportunities for Lifeblood's educational resources and coaching programs
- Represent Lifeblood at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with program staff to develop compelling value propositions for potential partners and funders
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders interested in chronic disease management education
For Gaia Software:
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to product positioning strategy
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
Shared Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of both organizations' offerings, value propositions, and competitive landscapes
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion between the two organizations
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform strategic planning for both entities
- Maintain efficient time management practices to effectively serve both organizations
- Contribute to marketing strategy and content development to support sales efforts
- Track and report on key performance metrics for both organizations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 4 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships
- Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or software/technology sectors strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong networking abilities and proven relationship-building track record
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in both nonprofit and for-profit environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Understanding of healthcare systems, chronic disease management, and educational programs a plus
- Comfort with a flexible schedule and ability to prioritize competing demands

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Littleton, Colorado near C-470/Broadway. Benefits include flexible schedule, vacation, casual dress, and available health, dental and vision insurance plans.
