POSITION: FRONT DESK ASSISTANT
FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Holistic Health Manager
POSITION Description: Provides support to the Holistic Health Manager. Helps with the clerical work at Holistic Health Center.
20-25 hours per week. Evening and Saturday availability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Holistic Health Manager regarding tasks that need completed
- Provide reception support and help maintain Holistic Health
- Assist customers with appointments & scheduling
- Answer phones
- Follow opening and closing procedures as directed
- Understand and assist clients in use of all non-provider services
- Label items with prices, as directed
- Execute sales of retail products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional oral communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to maintain customer/client confidentiality
- Able to take ownership and drive activities to completion
- Schedule is 20-25 hours a week, including evenings and Saturdays
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in fast-paced environment preferred
