We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling appointments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support or office administration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
