Responsibilities
- Content Writing: Create compelling copy for website pages, email campaigns, blog posts, digital ads, and social media. Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms.
- Social Media Management: Own the planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all company social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate on campaign development and support lead generation efforts by developing clear, engaging, and high-converting content.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs including engagement, CTR, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and social platform insights. Report regularly on what’s working and why.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned across campaigns and platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years in a copywriting or social media role, ideally within a brand or agency setting.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a clear understanding of brand tone and voice.
- Tools: Proficient in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Organization: Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Nice to Have: Experience in the home improvement industry, CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce), and basic design skills or experience working with creative teams.
