What You’ll Do:
Engage Communities:
- Create and implement innovative community engagement and outreach strategies.
- Build relationships with consumers and community partners to eliminate barriers to care.
- Host focus groups and run targeted outreach campaigns to reach underserved populations.
Support Individuals:
- Work one-on-one with individuals facing challenges like appointment non-compliance, helping identify and solve underlying barriers.
- Conduct screenings and assessments in the community to connect individuals to the right care.
Collaborate and Innovate:
- Facilitate community collaboratives and share outcomes that inform organizational strategies.
- Educate providers and partners on effective ways to access mental health services.
- Support internal teams to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
Drive Impact:
- Provide crisis interventions, safety planning, and specialty screenings as needed.
- Deliver meaningful reports on engagement outcomes, influencing strategic decision-making.

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:
- Clinician I: Master's degree. Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker (LLMSW), Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP).
- Clinician II: Master's degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP).
- Clinician III: Master's degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP) and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
- Children's Services: Must meet qualifications as a CMHP per MDHHS provider guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with children if performing duties within Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services (ICSS).

Preferred Education/Certification/Licensure:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family & Marriage Therapy, or Psychology with licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
- Up to 4% KPI bonus, paid out quarterly
