Job Overview
We are seeking a Moderator to join our team. This is an ongoing project to enhance Siri's Voice Recognition. You will have to greet participants and moderate their sessions. Moderation will entail that you sit at the computer and listen to make sure no mistakes were made by the participant. Each session last around an hour to an hour and a half. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly identify mistakes made by participants.
You will need to travel for this position
Duties
- Greet participants and Moderate sessions
- Enforce community guidelines and rules
- Ensure that sessions are up to standard
- Collaborate with the development team members to ensure sessions run smoothly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in moderation is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
