Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our floor of SDRs and help them hit their daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Increase the number of sets and demos held for our SDR organization
- Responsible for incentives and activities on the floor to motivate reps, increase the floor energy, and boost team camaraderie
- Motivate and keep reps accountable to daily dial metrics
- Monitor KPIs and update Sales Director on each rep, creating a plan for how they can improve
- Recruit and hire new SDRs
- Update reps weekly with KPIs
- Run call audits and coaching
What do I need to have:
- High energy and enthusiasm - not afraid to be loud and bring energy to the floor!
- 2 years of Inside Sales leadership experience
- “Hunter” Sales mentality - competitive nature

Compensation and Benefits:
- OTE $75,000 - 85,000
- Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
