Who We're Looking For
We are looking for driven individuals who:
- Have some experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling (preferred but not required)
- Are comfortable talking to people on the phone and handling objections
- Are willing to learn, improve, and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Can follow a script while also personalizing conversations to engage potential clients
- Are motivated by results and performance-based incentives
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to potential customers using a proven script and sales process
- Learning how to handle objections and qualify leads
- Scheduling appointments for our sales team
- Providing feedback to help improve the cold calling strategy
- Working with leadership to refine messaging and improve overall call success rates
