Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This role is crucial for overseeing maintenance operations, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance tasks related to high voltage systems, logic controllers, and other electrical components.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical problems and ensuring proper functionality.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Lead project management initiatives related to facility upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
• Foster a culture of safety by conducting training sessions on best practices and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
