This is a Full Time, Hybrid Position. Must be local to the DC Metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
- Serve as a liaison between the Product Lead Enterprise Computing Office and key stakeholders, providing status reports, addressing task requests, and driving new initiatives
- Maintain and update personnel tracking for all personnel, ensuring all training and certifications remain current
- Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and quarterly reaffirmation processes
- Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and quarterly reaffirmations
- Support the Program Management Office by assisting the Program Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping
- Administer and manage Jira and other Atlassian suite tools, ensuring projects remain well-documented and transparent
- Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and external stakeholders, delivering polished talking points and briefings as needed
- Leverage ServiceNow and Microsoft Office applications to streamline reporting, tracking, and project oversight
- Conduct meeting coordination, facilitating productive discussions and ensuring timely follow-ups
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance or above
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Proficient in Agile methodologies with a strong understanding of Scrum and project management best practices
- Experience managing and administering Atlassian suite tools, including Jira
- Solid background in business operations and executive-level office administration
- Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and training processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of drafting concise reports, talking points, and briefings
- Proven experience as a federal contractor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and ServiceNow platform usage
- Knowledgeable in management and compliance tracking
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized, detailed documentation
- Experience developing automated solutions for onboarding and reaffirmation processes
- Familiarity with federal regulations and guidelines for contractor personnel onboarding and training
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-level computing initiatives
