Are you an expert in sports lighting installation? Do you know how to lay out fields, position lights, and operate heavy equipment to construct top-tier sports lighting systems? If so, we want YOU on our team!

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is a trusted, family-owned electrical and lighting contractor serving the MD/DC/VA region. With over 30 years of excellence, we maintain more than 200,000 lights and specialize in sports, commercial, industrial, and government lighting solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience with Musco Sports Lighting (or similar systems)
✅ Skilled in field layout and light placement
✅ Proficiency in heavy equipment operation (trenchers, lifts, augers, etc.)
✅ Electrical knowledge (120V–480V systems)
✅ Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ CDL B License (preferred, but we’ll train!)
✔ OSHA 10 Certification
✔ Journeyman Electrician License  
✔ Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
