K Sports Complex is the Premier indoor sports complex in Prince William county. We are proud to offer Multisports surfaces (including Basketball, Futsal, Volleyball Indoor Soccer) and activities all year around for all ages. Featuring Lil Kickers classes, parties, events and tournaments, and team rentals.
Job Summary:
Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all participants and guests. As a Operations Coordinator Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the entire operations and team including and not limited to: Training, Customer Service, Staffing, Marketing, Facility upkeep, and support for in house programs and scheduling. Manage events/tournaments on weekends as well as weekly rentals and long term commitments. This position will report Directly to the Operations Manager/Lil Kickers Program coordinator and will provide direct support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome participants/teams/patrons for rentals and classes
- Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your programs and rentals.
- Manage and organize Staff weekly.
- Assist staff through their training throughout the seasons
- Communicate to all patrons
- Build and develop internal programming for youth and adult sports recreation
- Light Maintenance and upkeep of the facility
- Performs other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience in management, but not required
- BA in Sports Management, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and with customers
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings consistently
