Job Summary :
Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all participants and guests. As a Operations Coordinator Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the entire operations and team including and not limited to : Training, Customer Service, Staffing, Marketing, Facility upkeep, and support for in house programs and scheduling. Manage events / tournaments on weekends as well as weekly rentals and long term commitments. This position will report Directly to the Operations Manager / Lil Kickers Program coordinator and will provide direct support.
