What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Liljenquist Chiropractic?
We are looking for an energetic individual that is friendly, assertive, and enjoys working with the public. This is a fast paced job that requires the ability to multi-task under pressure. Some of the responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments and reconciling with computer entry , inputting data on computer, requesting records, and more, sometimes simultaneously. Although it is not a stressful job, it is also not an easy job. There is a lot to learn and remember. Experience is preferred, but not required. We prefer to hire the personality and train the skill. If you have never worked in an office, or if you dropped out of the workforce for a few years, but you had leadership roles as a volunteer in your child's school, or church, or community, you may do well at our job and we'd like to meet you!
