Lilly USA LLC seeks a Brand Manager (P4-P5) to lead the development and execution of brand value and access strategies for therapeutic portfolios. Shape brand value stories and key payer messages in partnership with medical, patient outcomes, and real-world evidence (RWE) teams. Gather customer insights, develop content, and coordinate processes for payer advisory boards, pre-approval meetings, payer market research, and customer segmentation. Provide brand insights for business planning, quarterly forecasts, and brand access forecasting. Develop and monitor measurement plans for brand value and access performance metrics, including access, affordability, and customer support.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of academic or employment experience with analyzing and forecasting brand data. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with brand commercialization, demand forecasting, and Excel, including macros; 2 years of experience with data visualization techniques, including Power BI and Tableau; 2 years of business process experience applicable to the U.S. health insurance and pharmacy benefit manager systems, including financial modeling and contracting; 2 years of experience with business process automation and optimization; and 2 years of experience with setting and tracking KPI performance applicable to the U.S. pharmaceutical industry.
Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
