We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of clerical skills, office management, and proficiency in technology to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform Quickbooks data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support team members with clerical tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Ensure the office area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with strong knowledge of office software applications.
- Experience in office management or clerical roles is prefered.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
