Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team on a rotational basis. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. In continuity with their learning experience, the HR Intern will work on a Summer long project to be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of their internship. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
The internship program will run from May 19 to August 1, 2025.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in creation of training materials.
- Assist with running companywide payroll
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
