SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Support role is a highly motivated self-starter on the front lines, introducing Lime Media’s solutions to prospective clints. This entry level position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Successful persons in this role will have the potential to move vertically within the Sales organization.

- Compile a daily list of vetted inbound sales leads that come in through various channels.
- Regularly prospect and cold call contacts, answer email inquiries & delegate leads to sales department.
- Schedule meetings for Sales team and participate.
- Ongoing maintenance/management within CRM.
- Daily reporting on daily accountability standards.
- Learn the estimating process.
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Lime Media.
- Other duties as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time Management – Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Must be organized and input systems in place to stay on top of daily tasks.
- Excellent Communication – Must have strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, able to articulate Lime’s value of services and anticipate needs of prospects/leads.
- Positive / Professional Attitude – Must be comfortable doing daily cold calling and prospecting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be capable of working in an open-concept office environment and maintain focus on daily job duties.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
Education and Experience:
- 0-1 year of sales experience in sales or cold calling
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
