Lime is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team! In this role, you will report into the Corporate Legal Director. You will own a dedicated portfolio of work as well as contribute significantly to cross-functional projects critical to Lime’s success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.
\n- Maintain Lime’s US business licenses, state qualifications and annual reports.
- Support company processes related to corporate governance, subsidiary management, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Prepare various board and stockholder materials, including corporate approvals.
- Support equity and debt offerings, M&A, and other strategic transactions
- Project manage and/or support on various special initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working at a law firm, venture-backed private company, public company, and/or company with international operations.
- Experience in one or more of: entity management, corporate governance, securities, compliance, financial reporting and filings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and judgment
