Required:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Customer Service Experience
· Preferred: College experience or bachelor’s degree. Medical terminology.
Duties:
· Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, friendly smile, and going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations
· Patient check-in, scheduling, payments, and communication
· Input patient data in Electronic Medical Record
· Keep patient information confidential
· Check insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies as needed
· Clean and reset treatment rooms after patients, general clinic cleaning and laundry
