Human Resources Associate Director

What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role, you will provide global Human Resources support to the PGT business in Mississippi, Indiana and Singapore
- Further, you will provide leadership and support throughout the employee HR life cycle: hiring, development, performance reviews and exits
- This will include new employee orientation and coordination of the performance management process
- You will recommend and execute compensation and benefit policies / changes that ensure the attraction and retention of highly qualified and motivated employees in line with Linde global policies
- Provide support and guidance to management in the area of talent management, succession planning, people and organizational development
- Is responsible for coordinating and/or maintaining compliance of employee stock options, special recognition rewards, bonus plans, profit sharing plans, employee surveys, salary surveys and confidentiality agreements
- You will provide strategic guidance to management on employee relations issues
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other Social Sciences is preferred
- You will have general expertise in local HR practices and employment related legislation
- To be successful in this role, you will have more than seven (7 ) years of experience as a Generalist
- Discrete, friendly and diplomatic but firm
- Ability to easily cope with stress and develop an innovative attitude
- You have excellent communication skills
- Excellent management abilities, results driven, methodical and pro-active thinker
