Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work Order Fulfillment
This position oversees processing of resident work order requests and maintenance technician completion. It ensures work completed in accordance to standards and in compliance of all applicable regulations. The position requires excellent customer service and clear communication with residents throughout the process. Help increase resident satisfaction scores by phone call follow ups on work orders.
Other
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with his/her duties and fill in for this individual when absent.
Ensure the community meets the highest standards. On occasion, complete work orders.
Job Requirements
Position requires on call, you will be part of the on call rotation schedule.
Position requires a minimum of one year experience in a customer service position.
Position requires experience in plumbing and electrical and some knowledge of HVAC.
Work requires the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Work requires strong attention to detail
Work requires strong time management skills.
Work requires ability to follow written and verbal instruction and to work independently.
Work requires strong customer service skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency and knowledge.
Position, on occasion, may assist with work order completion.
