Lingo Staffing is hiring a Deskside Support Technician in Watertown, MA
Payrate: $26/hour
Location: Office 2day/week and remote 3 days/week
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist with IT asset management and documentation.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connections; support Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Use Jira for helpdesk management, resolve operating system issues, and educate end-users on best practices.
- Requirements: High school diploma (IT degree preferred), experience with Windows/macOS, Azure, Office 365, and network troubleshooting; certifications like CompTIA A , ITIL, or Microsoft are a plus.
