What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process and Controls Technician position at Lingo Staffing?

  • Pay: $30 - $35/hr
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Location: McAirlaid's
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize equipment to improve safety and plant efficiency.
  • Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation software.
  • Implement process improvements and reduce downtime.
  • Read electrical and mechanical diagrams, and perform repairs using power tools.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree (Engineering or related).
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Experience with automation systems, electrical components, and protocols (Profibus, Profinet).
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively.
