- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our team.
Qualifications:- Previous experience as a project coordinator or administrator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional written communication and strong grasp of grammar and the English language
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in concise, written form
- Able to prioritize competing or conflicting requests
- Supports and maintains positive attitude and vision with peers, associates, team members and management
- Demonstrate initiative with or without direct authority
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assisting with human resources activities such as candidate onboarding
- Collaborating with internal staff on projects and initiatives
- Help with maintaining project documentation, coordinating and tracking project data, and assigned tasks.
- Maintaining and updating documents including Statements of Work (SOWs) and subcontract agreements (SCAs)
- Provide coordinator and organization to recruiting team for current openings and position details
- Provide administrative support such as user, management or other types of meetings, develop agendas, and record and publish the minutes of the meetings.
- Track down purchase requisitions and required narratives, outstanding approvals, or other items which support the technology efforts.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of vendor management tools and work closely with other vendor representatives in this regard.
- Research and review invoices against work performed, projects and time expended for allocation purposes and assist with generating report reflecting same.
- Other duties as assigned such as helping staff with answering phone calls, taking messages, etc.
- Executive assistant duties, i.e., additional tasks to support the CEO and VP
