The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, and ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively. This role is critical to maintaining high customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information regarding services and resolve customer issues or concerns
Document customer interactions in a clear and organized manner
Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate

Collaborate with team members and management to improve call center performance
Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
