Job Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative tasks such as file management, billing, answering phones, record keeping, customer service, payroll, and order management.
Qualifications:
- A.A. or higher degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
- Must have the ability to make recommendations to resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
- A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
- Proficient computer skills in the areas of e-mail, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.).
Physical Qualifications:
- Requires regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job.
- Fast-paced, high volume, detail-oriented work environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials.
- Lift up to 20 pounds unassisted.
- Requires extensive use of hands
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing customer AP, working with our sales and admin team to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining filing system for food safety, shipping, sales, and operations
- Customer service duties including order entry, invoicing, communication, and follow up on sales
- Assemble and submit accurate reports for co-workers in a timely manner
- Answering phones, emails, and directing communication to proper teams within company
- Assisting GM in vendor relations, order entry, communication and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
