Summary/Objective:
The Accounts Payable Admin will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounting department a range of general staff accounting tasks. This role will be primarily responsible for all accounting work associated with processing invoices and issuing payments.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Reconciling Accounts
- Match, batch and code invoices
- Entering all invoices in accounting system for payment, ensuring correct approval
- Month End responsibilities
- Monthly accruals & research
- Resolving accounts payable issues with vendors
- Processing employee expenses
- Addressing vendor inquiries and reconciling statements
- Scan invoices, packing slips and supporting documents into Company's imaging system
- Contribute to the positive Lippert culture
- Assist in the testing and implementation of technology changes
- Assist with internal and external audits under the direction of the team lead or Director of Shared Services
- Additional functions may be assigned as needed
Working Conditions:
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of administrative experience

This is a fulltime position and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Manufacturing/industry experience.
- AX or Navision Software is a plus but not required.
