Customer Service Agent - Sell Team

Customer Service Agent - Sell
The Customer Service Agent - Sell is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
The Customer Service Agent - Sell reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.
Responsibilities

• Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
• Customer Concierge:
• Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
• Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
• Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.

• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
• Maintain activity log

• Complete vehicle purchases:
• Complete pre-inspection check sheet on all vehicle offers
• Verify register owner
• Verify required customer documents
• Vehicle history report
• Verify vehicle payoff

• Other duties as assigned
