BDC Administrator – Subaru Oregon City

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5:00 PM

About The Role

As a Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relations across our parts, service, and sales departments. Your focus will be on building lasting customer relationships, scheduling service appointments, supporting recall campaigns, handling Starlink leads, and providing backup support for dealership phone operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer follow-ups and track all interactions for retention and satisfaction.
• Schedule service appointments and assist with recall campaigns.
• Handle Starlink leads and coordinate outreach efforts.
• Serve as phone backup, ensuring calls are routed efficiently and customers receive prompt assistance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product details, current promotions, and dealership/manufacturer events.
• Use phone and computer systems to set appointments, follow up with customers, and increase sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate major issues when necessary.
• Generate reports and complete administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

The expected pay range for this position is ($18.00 to $21.00) (Hourly).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
