Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team across multiple locations, including West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton, FL. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth based on performance reviews.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the company’s internal and external presence. You will be responsible for planning and executing community outreach events, managing social media platforms, and contributing to the company’s culture through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan internal and external events to engage both employees and the community
Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence across all platforms
Take the lead in marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
Work independently to execute marketing strategies and deliver high-quality results
Build and maintain relationships with local communities and business partners
Promote the company’s culture by organizing and leading events that boost employee morale and community relations
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing or related fields
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and partners
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel between multiple locations (West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton)
Social media management experience
Event planning experience (internal and external)
A positive and proactive attitude toward company culture and community outreach
